Maths - Money Practical

Today in Herons, we started our maths lesson with a fun starter where the children looked at different amounts and matched the coins to the amount shown, helping to build their confidence with recognising coins. We then explored how to make the same amount using different coins, and it was lovely to see the children thinking carefully and sharing their ideas as they found different ways to make the same total. They all worked really hard—well done, everyone!
