A Visit from the Fire Service

To round off our transport topic, we had a special visit from the fire brigade today.

It was great to be able to see some of things we’d learned about in real life!

The firemen also showed us some of the equipment they have on board that helps them when attending other emergencies that may not involve a fire. This helped cement our understanding that they can support in a number of different emergency scenarios.
