The Day the Crayons Quit!

Herons have really enjoyed reading The Day the Crayons Quit. We have explored the persuasive letters from the crayons to Duncan and created our own story map with actions to help us retell the pink crayons letter. The children also had fun using their new knowledge and skill of persuasion to convince the interviewer and the class that they were the best crayon. The children had so much fun putting this together and acting it out.
