Mary Seacole - Herons

Herons watched a short film about the life of Mary Secole, then listened to some extracts about her life. It was a lovely, sunny day so after that they went into the playground to sequence the main events of her life in chronological order. 
Back inside, they played the chocolate bar game where they fill a ‘chocolate bar’ ( a piece of paper folded into eighths ) by asking each other for facts to write in the folded spaces. Ask them about it!
