Tuesday marked the day of the annual Sports Hall Athletics competition. Our team of 21 travelled to Horsforth and competed in a variety of track and field events against teams from around North Leeds. These events included hurdles, relays, long jump, speed bounce and triple jump. I was really impressed with everyone, particularly for their amazing team spirit that they showed. We were part of a tough heat and came 3rd overall. A massive well done to all involved, you did amazingly! Also, a big thank you to all the parents and family members who came along to support the team, you deserve a big pat on the back for managing to cope for an hour and a half in a sports hall with 125+ screaming children!
