Hello from a sunny North Yorkshire!

On Monday we arrived to glorious sunshine and familiar faces at Ingleborough Hall. Once we had settled the children in to their rooms and activity groups we headed out for our first adventurous activity that afternoon, Caving, Gorge Scrambling to name a few. Everyone really enjoyed the activities and the great weather. Our evening activity on Monday was country dancing. Lots of complaining at first, but by the end everyone was loving swinging their partners to the very unique music from around the world.

Tuesday

Our first full day at the centre involved group 1 & 2 completing the walk up Ingleborough Hill. With the weather being so nice both groups reached the top and had some spectacular views across North Yorkshire and Cumbria. Groups 3,4 & 5 took part in another round of caving, village study and gorge scrambling. After the full day of fresh air and lots of exercise the children ate really well and slept for 10 hours!!!!!

Today, the fun continues with group 3 & 4 walking up Ingleborough Hill today and the rest continuing with the activities. The weather today is a little over cast this morning but clearing later.
