We’ve had a morning of graffiti, vandalism and destruction in Doves today…no, wait, that was supposed to say ‘structured English learning and engagement’. But have a look at the pictures and you’d be forgiven for thinking the former was true. We used the tables and whiteboard pens to get all of our ideas about explanation text features down quickly and collaboratively; turns out everyone quite likes writing on the tables. Maybe we’ll do all of our English on tables. Try it at home – only make sure you don’t mix up the whiteboard pens with the permanent markers. Had to buy a new table last time I did that.
