In Maths this morning, we have learned all about perimeter. To begin with, we discussed what this word means and how we could use our previous learning to help us work out the perimeter of different shapes. Then we put our skills to the test and had a go at measuring the perimeter of various 2D shapes. We even had a go at converting some of our final measurements from cm to mm and vice versa.
