Today the children took part in a fantastic Muddy Puddle day – and thankfully the weather was beautiful all day! We linked to our topic of ‘Let’s Pretend’ and completed so many different tasks. Firstly we found natural materials and used them to make collages of dragon faces, as Chinese New Year is coming up. We then performed a traditional dragon dance. Next, thinking about our theme of people who help us, we created vehicles out of scrap shed equipment and acted out being those emergency service people. Finally, we had fun painting outdoors and created such fantastic pictures of people who help us, looking carefully at details on their uniforms.
