In maths, Year 1 have been learning how to use a number line to 20. We have used various number lines, starting at different numbers, and have used our counting skills to help us. We then progressed to estimating on number lines to 20. Although some of us found this tricky to begin with, we persevered and became more confident identifying the half-way point and drawing interval lines to help us.
