As part of our topic work, Skylarks have been learning about the world around them. Last week, we learnt about physical geography features (made by nature) and human geography features (made by humans). We identified beaches, seas, oceans, cliffs and mountains as examples of physical geography features and harbours, ports, cities and towns as examples of human geography features. The children worked in pairs to sort a range of images correctly. Today, we will progress onto looking at physical and human geographical features that we might find at the seaside. Here we are in action!
