As our exit point, we opened our own art gallery to showcase all of our recent artwork. We were very lucky to have some very special guests – Kingfisher class! The children partnered up and the year ones were given the opportunity to showcase their work to a member of Kingfisher class. They were then taken on a tour of the classroom, where they could see all of the wonderful art work on display. The children showcased their use of charcoal, pencil and pastel, alongside techniques such as pointillism. Kingfisher class were thrilled to be in attendance and gave the children such positive feedback. Eagles class really enjoyed their afternoon and were very proud of their work too!
