In Eagles, we have been investigating the number 20. As part of our practical investigation, the children had to recognise the place value of each number, represent 20 in different ways using a variety of practical equipment, identify numbers greater than/ less than 20 and write their own number stories.
Some children worked outside, exploring the number 20 using large tens frames and practical apparatus. We love maths!
