Today, the children in Eagles class have been exploring chalk pastels and the wide range of techniques that can be achieved when using them. The children have been learning skills such as blending, feathering and drawing. They have also learnt how to use small strokes, pointillism, hatching and twisting to achieve different effects.
The children are looking forward to applying these techniques to their art work!
