On Thursday, we had a fantastic Muddy Puddle Morning learning all about knots!
We started off learning how to tie different types of knots including a Lark’s Foot and a Square Lashing. Once we felt confident on these, it was time to get outside and put our knowledge into practise.
We had various activities to complete including making a mobile out of a sticks for a baby, tying knots that would be able to attach a hammock to a tree and building dens.
We had a great time getting outside and we can’t wait to have to put our knot skills to the test (hopefully not because we’ve been stranded on a desert island!).
Have a look!
