Wow! What a fantastic workshop we have had. AnimalsUK visited KS1 and we got to learn about lots of different animals. The children had the opportunity to hold and feel a tortoise, snake, skunk, tarantula and a meerkat. The children had so many excellent questions for Laura too. What an exciting opportunity!

In Maths, Year 2 have been learning how to check their change. They bought items from Miss Alison’s shop and made sure that she gave them the correct amount of change . We realised that she had made lots of mistakes – it was our job to correct her!

Today saw the end of our ‘We Are What We Eat’ topic which the children have thoroughly enjoyed.
