We received some eggs last week which we have seen hatch, and now we have some very excitable and noisy chicks in our classroom! The children have really enjoyed witnessing the first few stages of this life cycle and today had an interactive session where they were able to touch and hold the chicks. The children are also helping to feed, clean them out and take care of them whilst they are in our care. We have loved having the chicks over the last few weeks and I’m sure that we will miss them when they venture off on Friday.
