Gymnastics in Eagles

This half term Eagles have been working on their gymnastic skills in PE. We have used mats to make different shapes with our bodies, including dish and arch. We have been performing two footed jumps from a height and travelling on a variety of benches.

School Council – Alternative Playground Provision

Today, School Council have been busy setting up some alternative provisions on both the KS1 and KS2 playgrounds. Between now and summer, when the weather is nice, the team will be providing a small chess and colouring area for the children to enjoy.

Eagles make a fruit salad

Eagles used a variety of fruit to make a team fruit salad. We chopped fruit using the bridge and claw method, peeled, mixed and juiced fruit. We created a delicious fruit salad, which we ate outside in the sunshine.
